Systems Thinking in Powys County Council

This video outlines the Vanguard Method of systems thinking used by Powys County Council adult social care services. This is a normative systems approach, that helps people to study to understand the why and why of current performance and then transform using new principles. This approach is widely used in the public sector, charities and becoming widespread in the private sector (e.g. Aviva and Lloyds Bank).
